What does your labor support package contain?
At least two prenatal appointments, 24/7 on call for questions, concerns and availability when you go into labor. In home support before going to the hospital, so you don't go too early. Coverage in hospital for remaining labor and delivery, I will stay postpartum for one to two hours. Photographs or video provided as you wish. Then I will visit at least twice postpartum after you return home or more if you need breastfeeding support.

What does your Postpartum Doula Service consist of?
Postpartum Days consist of helping you transistion into being a new mom. Helping with baby, answering questions, breastfeeding assistance, modeling behavior, teaching you to read baby's cues, attending to baby while yoou rest and light housekeeping.
Postpartum Night work is more about allowing you to get your maximum amount of rest. I take over care of baby or babies care. If you want to nurse at night, I will bring baby to you and then take back to burp, comfort ant get back to sleep. If you want to maximize your sleep time, I will bottle feed.

What are your Postpartum Hours?
Day hours our at your discretion, beginning at 10 am and ending by 4 pm. Night hours are 11 pm to 7 am or 10 pm to 6 am or custom hours starting at 9 pm.

What area do you service?
I now work primarily in the East Bay. Oakland, Montclair, Piedmont, Berkeley, San Leandro and the LaMorinda areas. I do births in San Francisco, if the family lives in the East Bay.

What is the cost for your service?
My service fees are set based on my 30 years experience of helping families have a smooth, nurturing transition into becoming a family.
Labor Support $3100
Postpartum Support $65/hour for singleton
$80/hour for twins

6.
Do you provide your service for families that travel?
Yes, I enjoy traveling with families and am available (with sufficient notice) to travel in or out of the US to care for babies under the age of 6 months. Compensation can be determined at time of contracting.
